I did but not really in a satisfactory way, I moved everything into the sharepoint server and it worked. I couldn't get our network guys to realise it was a problem (Not a priority for them) so I got around it by running everything from Sharepoint server. I wanted to run it from the SQL Server, it was a definite permissions problem as yet unresolved.
